And today we're doing things a little different. Yes, we are. Because Tim, well, if you guys haven't been following Tim's boot camp progress, you must.

He is killing it. it's absolutely incredible to see what he's doing and the progress that he's made not that this is surprising to anyone he's the most

inspiring warrior person anyway so he's been in his boot camp and then also in Colorado Springs saying hello to a lot of you at Colorado Springs Comic-com, which I could not go to this year.

And so I'm doing a little solo episode, but we have some fun videos and messages from Tim as well that'll be in here.

And I was really reflecting, honestly, I had, it's been a long time since I've had a set

birthday, like a birthday on set. In fact, I think the last time I had a birthday on set was during

psych. And it is the best. I wish everyone a set birthday at some point in their lives, which I know

is not possible if you're not in the business. But it is the best.
