We have a lot to talk about, of course, we're going to look to Trump's criminal trial in just a little while.

We'll look at Rudy Giuliani, who is having to find himself a new job and a whole lot more. But why don't we start with

the breaking news that there are debates now, presidential debates. And Joe Biden has

challenged Donald Trump to a debate and Donald Trump has responded with his idea of what a debate should look like and then the

networks have stepped in and now they have dates and time specifically. So just give us the,

just give us a kind of plotted history of how this has played out in the last 24 hours.

This has been played very masterfully by Biden in the Biden campaign. If you rewind, back

January, March, when the Republican primaries were going on, and Trump was ducking all those

primary debates. And he was getting a lot of heat. He was getting a lot of heat from DeSantis,

from Haley, from other Republicans saying,

why won't you debate? And he kept saying over and over again, I only wanted to debate Joe Biden.

And then he started getting very brash with his pronouncements, both at rallies and untrue social.

He said, anytime, any place, anywhere, anybody could host it, any network, any moderator,

didn't matter.

You name the time, place, the conditions, I'll be there.

Which is incredibly foolish because Trump doesn't debate.

Trump interrupts, yells and screams, and creates a spectacle.

So the terms of a debate with Trump are critical, yells and screams and creates a spectacle.
