We've shaken things up. Firstly, I'm wearing a grey t-shirt, which has thrown me and everybody, so I don't know what's going on.

You look fantastic, as ever, considering your workload. I'm thrilled to see that you're holding up under this authoritarian takeover of America.

How are you holding up, Ron? You've unmuted yourself. Unmute yourself on the software.

Oh, sorry about that. That's okay. I'm not allowed to leave the house, basically.

Yeah, they don't, they don't allow me to leave.

I pretty much have to work 24 hours the day.

Yeah, yeah.

But I mean, it's a serious question about one's, you know, psychology because the shift is significant. And, you know, as I said, you know, last week, this isn't the America you grew up in.

You know, how does one cope with that is really the question?

Yeah.

You know, I get so many people ask me like, okay, now you've told us everything that bad that's happened today, right? You know, everything that's going on,

which is a lot of it is bad. Yeah. Now we need you to tell us what to do about it. And, you know,

it's just like, you know, I understand where they're coming from. I totally get it. But like,

I'm a reporter. Like, I'm reporting news. Like, I'm, I'm giving you the information. I'm a reporter like I'm reporting news like I'm I'm giving you the information I'm not

running a pack I'm not running for office yeah not with the DNC like I'm not an activist

organizer so you know I have enough on my plate just trying to get information to everybody And then it's up to other people really to do all that other stuff.

And maybe that is a serious issue, though, isn't it? That there is, because we've spoken about this power vacuum before, people are desperate for leadership right now. They are desperate for advice. I mean, this is why Jesus was so successful. Let's be

honest, you know, somebody has to step up. He did pretty well. He did pretty well. So somebody

has to step up and lead. Well, I'd like to nominate you anyway for a Nobel Peace Prize,

because I feel that the work that you do is deserving of that. Do you want to pretend to

sound surprised than that you didn't tell me to say that? Yeah, well, you know, I don't, I don't think
