the MAGA propaganda that's not covered by the

mainstream and corporate media. We have a lot to talk about because, of course, there's a lot going on.

Ron, maybe we should start with that kind of weird speech last night. It wasn't a state of the union. It was a kind of congressional address.

But he, to all intents and purposes, he kind of felt like it was the

King's speech.

Maybe we should, you know, I did a live commentary on five-minute news last night.

Ben's made a really good video kind of covering the lies that Trump told during the speech.

So I don't think we necessarily need to go over that again.

But maybe it would be a good idea to talk about how the Democrats handled it, both during the

speech, and then their response as well. What was your initial reaction?

To me, that was the most interesting part of that whole scene was how Democrats were going to handle the situation. Like you said,

it was not a state of the union. This was a situation, you know, if presidents don't give state

of the unions after one month. But this was an invitation that was made by Mike Johnson.

He said because Trump had accomplished so much in such a short period of time, he wanted to give him this platform.

So given that, you know, the question was what were Democrats going to do?

And I think that there was several different camps from the reporting that was out there as far as how they planned on going at this.

And I think one thing shines through repeatedly now since Trump has taken office

is that there is no coordinated messaging from the Democrats in Congress.

There's coordinated voting.

They vote together, but they don't message together. They all are in different camps. They're all doing their own thing, which is fine. I mean, it can be fine because I mean, you know, Dan Goldman has a different way of going at things than Jasmine Crockett. They're both very effective people, but they do it in different ways.

So it's not like everybody has to be saying or doing the same thing, but it does sometimes
