Ron, I made a special request to ask the House to stop voting for not Jim Jordan, just so that we could

squeeze this show in amongst Ben's gallon effort. Ben has been doing an incredible job of

explaining and talking us through the votes that are now into a kind of third round, just so

people know the latest round of voting,

the third round of voting. Jim Jordan again failed to get enough votes. He needs to 17. He got 200.

Hakeem Jeffries for the Democrats got 212 and there were 20 votes that went to other candidates

who obviously didn't stand a chance, but that's good

for Hakeem Jeffries. Not so good for Jim Jordan. I would say the word is humiliation. What about you,

Ron? Absolutely. Just a public humiliation. I think that they knew when they were putting up Jim Jordan that he was a

controversial person, that there were a lot of establishment moderates who did not want him, didn't

like him. But they thought that a high pressure intimidation campaign was going to work on these guys.

Right. Because a lot of the guys who were against him were moderates.

And they employed that. They buried them in phone calls. They made threats. They text,

everything. And it, and it didn't work with, it didn't work with a lot of them. It worked with some, but not with a lot. And the thing about Jim Jordan, as we know, is he is a toxic character, right?

He is, you know, all aggression.

The guy's never got a bill through Congress, right?

The guy is, you know, effectively ineffective.

But he shouts a lot, makes a lot of noise very aggressive.

And they like that about him.
