And Ruben Pinder. Hello. Good morning morning i don't know which way to look yeah there's no

there's sort of no more times of the day left is there to try and use them all up that's right

that's the three joining us today uh two things to say uh first uh obviously i mean it probably

doesn't need saying anymore because we've said it so many times

before but john mackenzie is still banned from the pocket guy he will be banned for life uh because of what he

said about potatoes people in the comments don't seem to believe us but what week is this now week four

week five maybe without john i promise you it's because of what he said about potatoes and i'll

let you know what happens at the employment tribunal um okay uh oh a second thing to say um my back

is injured uh less severely now than it was about a week ago which is why i missed last week's

episode um but i'm at home as you can tell actually i'm not really at home. I don't have a home at the moment. I am staying, my wife and I, staying with her sister in between places. So my back is injured and I can't leave, but I'm in this room. These are blinds. JJ thought they were LED. They do it look at LOD late if you're watching it on the YouTube, yeah. It's a real sort of Kathy Bates' misery vibe you got going on with saying you can't leave. Yeah. Well, it's also, it's, I've turned the fan off because of the sound, but it's very hot in here as well. And so I'm pretty, I'm pretty warm, I'll be honest with you.

I'm sweating.

I'm a little unhappy.

And I'm sat in a position that I think my hip is not going to forgive me for in about five minutes time.

But alas, there we go.

We struggle through, don't we, in order to bring world-class podcasting content to the masses.
