So I've been in radio and television in San Diego since 2011,

and I was on my latest program, my latest show,

is Mike Linton's show, and I had a realtor from

Escandido where we owned our Collar Williams office for 18 years. She had come down and

I was interviewing her on the radio and we were in a commercial break and during that

commercial break I was sharing with her a story about my daughter Madison and

specifically about a property in Escondido that had the most code violations of any property in the city.

And myself and 25 of our agents took a day off every year to give back to the community called Red Day and it

was in honor of Mo Anderson's birthday so the middle of May of every year and we

actually took this day and we went to this one property that had the most code

violations of any property in Escondito and we cured the most code violations of any property in

Escondito and we cured all the code violations. Well there was a roofing

contractor that we used and his name was Bob and he volunteered their

time donated their time, donated the labor,

donated the materials, all that, fixed their roof for free.

So I said to Bob, I said, hey, come buy one of our office meetings.

We had over 100 agents at the time.
