I worked with her when I was in Manhattan North Homicide Squad.

I was one of her students at her criminal investigation course and her homicide course when I was in homicide. And not only she just a woman that has unbelievable amount of knowledge,

but she happens to be personable and funny, articulate,

all the great things I could use all kinds of adjectives to describe Barbara.

But the proof is in the pudding, as they say.

Whenever I have her on this show, the love oozes out of the audience for her.

And as I told you guys, she has the book that she wrote last year, What the Dead Know,

Homicide New York that is on Netflix. So if any of you guys haven't seen that, no matter

where you are in the world, I'm sure you can get Netflix and you could see Barbara on her

episodes talking about what she is the most knowledgeable about.

You know, I've been, this case, in a way, it sort of eats at me in one way.

And in another way, I'm happy in realizing that this man on the screen is where he belongs.

He's in jail.

So when you think of it from a law enforcement perspective, what better way to continue to investigate a really serious as serious as it gets a homicide when the number one suspect is on ice.
