There's a really important missing person case, and that's the picture of a search for a missing

Winona, Minnesota woman, and the mother

of two, it's intensifying. And law enforcement gave a plea, and the family offered a $50,000

reward for finding Madeline Kingsbury, age 26. She was last seen in the morning hours of Friday,

March 31st, after she and the father of her children returned to their residence after dropping the kids at daycare.

She's not been heard from since.

On Wednesday, when known a police chief Tom Williams met with reporters to update the case, He laid out a timeline of what is known from

the day Madeline disappeared. At 8 a.m. Madeline, her partner dropped their five-year-old daughter

and two-year-old son at daycare. At 8.15 a.m., the dark blue 2014 Chrysler, Talon Country

minivan. Madeline drives and returns to her residence.

Madeline doesn't show up for work at the Mayo Clinic, something Chief Williams says is very

unlike her.

10 a.m. Madeline's partner tells police he left the residence in her van, returned later

in the day and she was gone.
