How are we doing everybody? Welcome back. We're here again with John Wedger and of course

0:04.5

myself, Ron Swanson. We're here again looking at crime theories, asking the tough questions

0:10.1

about crimes that have affected the whole world. John Wedger is ex-police and his expert

0:17.7

knowledge is fascinated on so many cases and there's some things he can talk about and

0:23.0

there's some things he can. And it's a fascinating situation when we have an inside and

0:28.9

say to let this brick-and-dome crime. And how are you doing tonight, John? How's your

0:33.5

week been? Tell us a little bit about how you're doing. Yeah, yeah, fantastic. I mean, the

0:40.5

weather's been very, very good. You know, when I do my pants swimming against depression

1:27.1

they find it cold. Whereas for me, it's actually feels quite warm now because my body's,

1:31.6

it's changed. So I did a swim at a weekend and I'll be doing hopefully one in a couple

1:41.4

of mornings time and I really love in the onset of summer as a fantastic time. Yeah, I

1:48.0

bet. And I just want to point out for anyone who's maybe a little bit unknowledged, swimming

1:54.4

in your pants in winter in the UK is no fun. To believe in something like that and to

1:58.9

really put your heart and soul into getting your voice heard on that topic is incredible.

2:04.8

But to do it in a way that benefits so many subcategories of people, like you say, anxiety

2:09.4

and suicide is amazing. So can't wait to hear more about that, John, and can't wait

...
