I saw this, it seems like the kind of thing that's right up your alley last low.

And that is, as time goes on, we change, you know, what we call certain things and that

includes job titles.

Okay.

So there's jobs that have existed and they change titles over time.

Then there's also jobs that are, you know, new because they didn't exist, like an app

developer or a CrossFit instructor or whatever, you know, new things, exactly, exactly.

So those, those new ones come along.

And this thing that I was reading, they make it seem like because they think it's because

these new things come along and that's always going to be happening.

That when you have a job that's been around forever, like secretary, you want to spruce

it up a bit.

I always thought that the secretary thing that they changed probably because it was so,

it was associated with a woman's job for so long that they thought, well, we don't

want to call it that anymore.

We'll call it administrative assistant.

And that will, you know, at least for a little while, confuse people.

And if someone says I got a job as an administrative assistant, they'll go, okay, sounds important.

What they were saying is that especially with startup companies, but that a lot of new

companies do this, they come up with these ridiculous job titles.

And the goal is to try and inspire people or make them feel important.

And then of course, there are some people who give themselves these important job titles.
