I am feeling very under the weather. Sadly, I got some flu going around, and it's caught me.

Fortunately, I've been doing really, really good, you know, fighting off a bad cold, taking my quercetin supplements and just be able to get past this stuff in a day or two, but this one has got me feeling like hell. So, ah, is what it is. Hope I can make it through this episode without coughing too much. So I'm just going to post the audio, not the video today, because I look like warmed over dog shit.

Just real ugly.
