I have a special guest here today. I'm excited to hear from him. Tim Sanifer is the vice president for legal affairs at the Goldwater Institute.

And he's going to be joining us today to talk about an issue they're going through with the Arizona Supreme Court,

dealing specifically with, I guess, what you call a right to work, essentially, to sum it up in brief.

But Tim, can you tell us a little bit about the Goldwater Institute in brief and what you do there

and then a little bit about this case that you're bringing to the Arizona Supreme Court?

Sure. The Goldwater Institute is a nonprofit organization that defends economic freedom,

private property rights and other important constitutional rights, both in courts and also in legislatures and in the public

eyes. So we are, we like to say we're not a think tank. We're an action tank. We, we devise policy,

we advocate for policy, and we go to court to defend those policies and advance freedom for people

both in Arizona and across the country.

Fantastic. Well, I appreciate the work that you are doing. And this case in particular that

came across my radar from your wonderful media interaction person. But this is going to be

filed with the Arizona Supreme Court. And essentially, this is a to be filed with the Arizona Supreme Court.

And essentially, this is a case that takes on the right to earn a living, one of our core, you know,

foundational freedoms, really what we're all striving for here.

So tell us a little bit about what's going on with this case, how you got involved with it,

and the ramifications that you foresee coming for both, I guess,

a broader economics sense. And we can get into a little bit about how the timing's interesting considering the technological emphasis that's going into Arizona right now. Yeah. So the case

involves a man named Greg Mills, who is an electronics engineer.

He helps design like computer chips and things like that.

And he's been doing that for years, for decades.
