COVID was a hundred years ago when we started this podcast.

You know, I still can't wrap. You guys, COVID still seems like two years ago to me. I know.

I know. It's so weird. When people say five years, I'm just like, wait, what? And I think it's

because people are still so hung up on it. I just, I'm like, wait, that's gone.

Like, so when they kind of keep you in that space.

I mean, I thought we were talking about self-care.
