Today, the Dow gained 276 point. S&P advanced 0.62%. NASDAK climbed 0.83%. That's the seventh straight

update for the S&P, which seemed to reflect that the truth will hold. No more bombing, just

acceptance by both sides?

But somehow the Gulf's not the narrative of this market.

Instead, the averages tell us an alternative tale.
