This is the week where the big institutional money managers

anoint their best stocks and start buying them hand over fist.

Hence today's strength, when the Dow gained 72 points,

the S&B advanced 0.13%, and now has that climb 0.12%.

See these institutions, they need to build larger and larger positions

in the biggest winners of late, so they don't look like there are more ones

when they have to show their clients what they own at the end of the year.

So how does the stock qualify to become anointed?

Well, first, they need to be having a quick year.

Second, there has to be a long-term thesis just by that would otherwise look like nosebleed valuations.
