Don't be so quick to describe today's epic rally.

To the fact that the House of Representatives passed their version of the tax bill.

Sure it helped.

But you know what? We were roaring long before that.

Thanks in large part to the efforts of two brilliant chief executive officers.

Dept Stocks were hired today, downvoting 187 points,

S&P searching point 8, 2% NASDAQ rocketing 1.3%.

And much of that comes down to the performance of two stocks.

And those stocks are Cisco and Walmart,

which pleasantly surprised us with their numbers.

These are both turnaround stories.

People nothing proves the worth of a CEO like executing a turnaround.
