What the heck happened today?

The president negotiates a ceasefire in the trade world with China.

The average is explode higher in the morning.

And then they gradually give up much of their gains.

They're all only closing up 117 points.

S&B rising 0.77% still, by the way, closing at all time high.

And then ask that advancing 1.06%.

How is it that we could rally so hard, much better than those close, those closing figures?

On generally good news.

And then lose our momentum.

At one point, we're flatlining for advancing the final hour of the day.

I think we got dragged down by the very same force that allowed the averages to rocket higher in the first half of this year.
