After today's phenomenal run, the Al-Surgin 330 points,

as it'd be jumping 1.16 percent, as that pull-water 1.29 percent,

will individual investors finally start coming back to stocks?

I know that may sound like a bizarre question,

but despite having an incredibly bullish first quarter,

the public just hasn't embraced stocks one bit.

Just the opposite.

We've seen an amazing headlong rush out of stocks,

and into bonds in the last few months,

since the great December mini bear market.
