Today the Fed put its rate hikes on hold, perhaps for the rest of the year.

As they recognize the economy is cool off.

A one-sided moeling by the bears turned into an indecisive tug of war.

Before the market got hit with another pullback at the end of the day,

they're only closing down 142 points but they have to be losing .29%

and then ask that actually inching up nearly .07%.

See when Fed Chief J-PAL says that and I quote,

it's a great time to be patient because the economy has deteriorated.
