breaking news right now is that it seems like pretty much everything that floats or flies in the U.S.

military is heading towards the Middle East. This is after Benjamin Netanyahu was in the White

House just a few weeks ago. And we've heard increasing talk about the need

for war with Iran. We were told, of course, this wouldn't happen. Don't be ridiculous.

Of course, we're not going to go to war with Iran. But, you know, it looks like we might.

Look, I could sit here and speculate. I can lay it all out for you.

I mean, Israel has literally already told the IDF to prepare for war in case there's some

kind of retaliation from a theoretical strike on Iran by the United States.

But I just don't know what's happening right now.

And anybody who tells you they do know exactly what's happening now is probably just kind of, you know, making up as they go. I'm not looking at the

situation with a lot of enthusiasm, but I'm not going to sit here and speculate about everything

either. So instead of trying to cobble together the possible situation, I think it would just be better for

us to continue with our series on Machia Valley because the nice thing is that we're going to

be talking about how Machiavelli feels about conquest, ruling people. Can you just bomb a country

and walk away? Will that actually work? Will you hold the country? I bet you already know the answer

that question

going to talk about why it's important for you to be a singular sovereign who controls your own arms
