Allison. And my name's Mike. Hi, Mike. Hey, we're waving. Waving to each other, waving into the camera,

waving into our microphones. How is everybody today? How are you? I am doing quite well. How are you doing?

Good. Real good. I'm definitely stuffed with lots of carbohydrates thanks to a certain

little thing you picked up over this past weekend we had our uh my brother and our sister-in-law

visiting us from chicago allison's doing a little shimmy over here i'm doing a happy dance little uh

sourdough shimmy yeah it's called the sourdough shimmy yeah the sourdough shake look at those things

show very nice.

So, yeah, Mike's brother and our sister-in-law came to visit from Illinois.

And, of course, they brought their lovely little daughter.

She's a year, almost two, in July.

Yeah, we love our little niecey.

And our sister-in-law, Megan, taught me how to make sourdough bread using a sourdough starter. And that is just something

I've been wanting for so long for you to get into bread making because I love bread. I mean,

who doesn't love bread? I mean, if you don't like bread, just turn this off right now. I mean,

bread is freaking delicious. Yeah, yeah. There's no place for you here. But now if you're

gluten free or something like that, you know, that's different. Well, you can also have bread. If you're gluten-free, it just has to be gluten-free.

Yeah, but then it's like not as good.

Well, I mean, you can't use that sourdough starter.

Right, right, right.

But, yeah, man, she's getting into some sour to use the starter and the flip and turn or there,

it's a whole process.
