I had somebody ask me on Twitter.

I had somebody ask me on Twitter yesterday I believe it was whether the

daily show was actually going to stay a daily show and almost always the only thing is it's the holiday season as the song goes and I decided to do some holiday stuff this week.

Some of that includes last minute shopping, but then there was also one day where I just like walked around and saw like

Decorations downtown and then last night I think I was at night before last, I don't remember, I went to some like fairgrounds holiday festival where I saw like a 10 foot tall ice sculpture of a dragon and like an 8 foot tall ice sculpture of like a lizard man and I walked through this really weird 3D sort of like airbrushed like Frosty's Winter Wonderland thing. It was very odd. But anyway, I've

been doing a lot of holiday stuff this week because you know it's the holidays. At least for me and so and for a lot of

other people and so this is the last show of this week this is not me saying

happy new year because I'll be doing shows next week not Monday

There will be no show Monday. There will probably be no show Tuesday. My guess is that shows kick in again on Wednesday of next week. So, is this

show still a thing? Yes it is. Is this show taking sort of a more relaxed stance around the holidays? Yes it is. Do I want you to have a wonderful

holiday season? Of course I do. Merry Christmas. Happy Hanukkah, happy Kwanza. Am I missing anything? Probably so. And if you

celebrate no holidays at all, hey, I want you to have a great like five or six days,

okay? I want you to have like a lot of great days actually, but the next five or six, you know, the ones where we're not going to be talking, I want those to be great for you too.

So, I hope you have a wonderful, what, Friday through next Wednesday, and that I expect is when we'll talk here again.
