plus a survey that he ran of over 800 consumers, seems to show demand for Apple's latest phone rising after it was introduced.

According to his findings, interest in buying an iPhone 5 went from around 48% in early September just before the phone was officially

announced up to just under 55% a month after the iPhone 5 was launched.

It's dropped a bit since then but but not by much. This week,

interest in buying an iPhone 5 from the people he's tracking sits at just over 53%.
