It's not the Apple car but lots of cars are officially getting Apple Fied.

9 to 5 Mac says Apple has updated its website showing which cars offer car play support out of the showroom.

According to the report, car play is now available in over 200 models up from the 150 vehicles the site previously listed.

9 to 5 says Apple added a number of new models from a number of carmakers,

including Audi, Honda, Kia, Maserati, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, and Volkswagen. If you're not in the market for a new vehicle,

there's a relatively inexpensive way to get carplay beside your wheel.

Emphasis on relatively.

A separate piece from 9 to 5 max as Sony has released the most affordable aftermarket

car play display yet.

Announced in August, the X-A-V-A-X-100 receiver is now available for purchase for $490.99.

Relatively inexpensive, as the least expensive aftermarket option I'd heard of before was between

700 and $800.

9-to-5 maxes other solutions are priced upwards of $1,000 to $1,500 depending on the specs.

If you've got carplay in your electric vehicle, Apple Maps can now tell you where to charge up.

Apple Incider says Apple's answer to cartography has added Charge Point EV stations.

According to the piece, tapping on a station in maps will offer up more details about the location, such as pricing and or hours of operation.
