It is one of those here in the States, other places? Well, I hope you're having fun and doing well.

We spent the past couple of days revisiting a conversation I had on another show last year called The Checklist.

The idea behind that shows pretty simple to present security news and how-ts in fun and accessible ways.

There's one that actually dropped yesterday that's really built for this weekend.

I'll tell you more about that in a bit.

Now I did say fun for the checklist. The conversation

we've been revisiting this week has the hacky holidays theme tied to it.

That's the one where I asked Nicholas Rba, Nicholas Tocchek, and August Traometer to tell me their favorite

hacking movies. Why they like them and what we might actually learn from any of these movies.

In the 1983 movie, War Games, a young computer whisked, kids again, am I right? Anyway, a young

computer was all over the place. They're geniuses. And they're trouble.

They're trouble. If you see a movie with kids, I mean if it's not newsies a young computer whiz kid acts into a

government supercomputer and starts a game called Global Thermonuclear War but the game

is real. It's then a race against time to convince the computer that the only way to win is not to play.
