1:09.1	ground on a new campus in Austin, Texas, expected to cost the company about a billion dollars.
1:16.3	The piece says the new digs will span 133 acres, 60% of which will be covered by landscaping, and 50 acres of which will be covered by landscaping and 50 acres of which will be devoted to a nature and wildlife preserve.
1:27.0	That part will actually be open to the public according to the report.
1:31.0	Talking of the new development, Apple CEO Tim Cook said,
