Bloomeberg hit with a rumor on Sunday that got picked up everywhere. Two main factors likely account for the story's

pickup. One, it was about the iPhone and two, seriously it was Sunday. What other news was

going to hit or happen on a Sunday.

Sighting 1, unnamed source, Bloomberg said Apple is developing new iPhone designs,

including bigger screens with curved glass and enhanced sensors that can detect different levels of pressure.

According to the... Oh, let's call it a report. Two models are planned for release in the second half of 2014.

According to the source, one will sport a 4.7 inch screen,

while the other will sport a 5.5 inch screen.

The source also says the glass on the displays will curve downward at the edges.

The what purpose that will serve is never addressed.

As for the advanced sensor stuff, don't look for that until 2015.

Quoting the piece, testing continues on the pressure sensitive technology, which is unlikely to be ready for the next iPhone release,

and is instead planned for a later model.

The most credible part of the Bloomberg piece is the insistence on the part of the source

that the next iPhone or iPhone's Apple releases won't hit until the second half of 2014,
