Fortune says the department store Kohl's will begin selling apples answer to time on Tuesday, the 15th of November.

That's a little over a week before the kickoff of the all-important holiday shopping season.

Do you know how everybody keeps saying what a failure, Apple Watch is?

Coals doesn't seem to think so.

Quoating the Fortune Report,

Coals will start selling the Apple watch at 400 of its 1100 stores on the 15th of November,

hoping to drum up shopper traffic and attract more well-heeled customers during the Christmas period and beyond.

The piece says the move puts Kohl's ahead of Macy's. That chain will be selling Apple watch

in 180 locations. Coals will also position the device as an active and wellness device, not as a device that's simply tech-centric.

As for Apple, it's more watches and many more places across various economic sectors.

According to the report again for Apple the coal's partnership is a way to add

hundreds more distribution points beyond the city centers that typically house Apple stores and reach a more modest

income shopper and a wider-ranging clientele. Coals, Macy's, Best Buy, there are plenty of outlets that could make Apple watch a go-to holiday gift.

Another Apple product that might have ended up in stockings or under trees is looking less likely though.
