This past week Apple launched new Macs and new iPad Pros.

Over the past couple of months, Apple released three new iPhones.

Over the past year, Apple sold its 2 billionth iOS device

and celebrated the 10th anniversary of the App Store.

In fiscal year 18, Apple's revenue grew by $36.4 billion, that's the equivalent of a Fortune

100 company in a single year, according to Apple CEO Tim Cook.

He went on to say that the company was capping all of that off with Apple's best September quarter ever. I normally give a blow by blow

through every point spelled out by the CEO and Apple CFO Lucaest though, I'm having trouble not jumping ahead. We'll see how I do.

Revenue for the September quarter came in at 62.9 billion dollars, up 20% from the same quarter a year ago, and ahead of Apple's own expectations.

Year over year, Apple saw double digit growth in all of its geographic segments, up 19% in the Americas, up 18% in Europe, 16% in

greater China, 34% in Japan, and up 22% in the rest of the Asia Pacific region.

iPhone revenue was up 29% versus the same quarter a year earlier,

hitting 37.2 billion dollars on sales of 46.9 million units.
