Apple, insider says Apple is once again accepting donations for the American Red Cross,

this time to aid and relief efforts after Hurricane Matthew.

The storm caused a tremendous amount of damage in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas,

as well as several countries in the Caribbean, leaving hundreds dead and many more homeless and in need of aid.

As is its way, Apple is accepting donations for the Red Cross and 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, and 200 dollar increments.

No, you can't use iTunes credit to make donations,

and if you want to write off the charitable contribution,

you'll be responsible for documenting the transaction accordingly.
