Did you just decide to get an iPhone 5? Do you live in the US? Well how are you at the whole

patience thing? Barons has a couple of analysts looking at Apple's iPhone 5 supply

or lack thereof.

R. W. Baird William Power issued a note Monday after talking with Apple, AT&T, Verizon, and

Sprint stores over the weekend, and nobody had any iPhone fives.

Sure there are stories of people walking into a store in the morning and picking up an iPhone

five, though Power seems to give those about as much credence as one might give stories of

Bigfoot or the Loch Ness Monster walking into an apple store and buying an iPhone five.

Quoting the power posting, our nightly online checks turned up zero iPhone inventory at

Apple stores across the country although we have heard reports of successful

early morning walk-in purchases Apple Store reps who we called consistently told us

that there were no iPhone fives available for walk-in purchase regardless of location

or time of day. Although we were still able to find an occasional store with an

iPhone 5 available for sale, those instances were rare and usually limited to

less populous geographies. So I guess there are actually some iPhone 5s out there, which is not where the cool kids live.

Our W Baird has an outperform rating on Apple shares and a price target of $750.
