1:05.8	Monday the judge running the case, Judge Avon Gonzales Rogers expressed her
1:10.9	desire to have the trial be a jury trial. That's because when it comes
1:15.1	to the seemingly inevitable appeal, jury verdicts are less likely to be
1:19.4	overturned than those decided by a judge. She couldn't order a jury trial though.
