with S. We'll start with where you are. Mac Rumors highlights new numbers from

the American Customer Satisfaction, or ACSI.

According to the firm, Apple Computers have topped the chart for the 13th year in a row,

but they didn't do it by much.

According to the findings, the average satisfaction rating for personal computers across the board was 78, up from last year's 77.

Apple beat that handily, earning a satisfaction rating of 84 same as last year but

Samsung is nipping at the max heels satisfaction with Sammy's computers rose from

2015's score of 78 to this year's 83, just

one point behind Apple.

The Samsung score represented growth of 6%, which was big, but not the biggest, fourth place,

aiser saw the biggest growth in satisfaction rising 11% from its 2015

score of 70 to this year 78.

Laying out its findings, the folks behind the ACSI were quoted as saying,

much like the smartphone category, the personal computer industry has become a race between Apple and Samsung for both market share and customer satisfaction.
