Piper Jeffrey analyst Jean Munster says everything's coming up roses for Apple for the next couple of years.

Apple Insider has Uncle Gene estimating higher revenue and earnings per share for Apple through 2013

than the rest of Wall Street is expecting.

According to the piece, Munster sees Apple's revenue growing 19% in calendar year 2012 and another 17% in 2013 on monster sales of iPhone and iPad.

The way he sees it, the iPhone will account for 49% of Apple's revenue in calendar year 2013,

something he says they can pull off without an iPhone nano.

Quoting his note, one key topic on which we are different than consensus thinking is

our belief that the iPhone unit growth can continue in the 30% range,

while average selling prices will be more than double the smartphone industry average.

In other words, we do not believe Apple needs an ultra-low-end offering to grow iPhone units at 30%.

If Apple was to announce an unsubsidized sub $200 iPhone, our unit

estimates would be too low and average selling prices would be too high.
