have a much faster processor than the current Apple TV. It'll have storage and it'll cost something.

Quoting the piece. The current Apple TV design first released in late 2010 has

8 gigabytes of internal storage for caching media, and the fourth generation boxes in testing

surprisingly range from 8 gigabytes to 16 gigabytes of storage.

We are told that Apple has considered two pricing strategies, the simultaneous release of a $147 base model with 8 gigabytes of storage, alongside a 199 16 gigabyte model, or the release of the 16 gigabyte TV alone at 149 a 16 gigabytes doesn't sound like a lot if you're going to load that thing up with

games.
