iTunes is accepting donations for Hurricane Harvey Relief, according to CNET, and according to the buttons on the front of the iTunes stores.

As I record this, it's pointless to talk about damage. It's literally catastrophic and Rain's not expected to stop for at least a couple of days.

As it has done in the past, says CNET,

Apple has posted links on iTunes to the American Red Cross soliciting donations to the relief efforts.

You can donate in increments of 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 dollars.

Having participated in a very small way in the relief effort south of Buffalo after that

huge snow in 2015, I can say this is what the Red Cross does and what they'll have to do this time around

well Herculean doesn't even begin to describe the relief and recovery efforts

that are going to be needed.

The buttons are on the front pages of iTunes movies, music, TV, apps, and podcasts if you're

Apple CEO Tim Cook spent last Friday doing exactly what Austin Mayor Steve Adler said he would do

announcing a training program of some kind that will be launched across the United States

right after I hit publish on Friday, Apple issued a press release saying that more than

30 community colleges around the U.S. are said to adopt the App Development with swift curriculum designed by Apple.
