1:00.2	Apple Insider says the two companies issued a joint filing on Saturday saying the parties have met and conferred about case narrowing
1:06.8	But have not been able to narrow their cases further
1:09.7	According to the piece, this means the case will go to jury deliberation barring any further development between the two tech heavyweights. Upon hearing the news, Judge Lucy Koh submitted her own Saturday filing saying the court will start entering tentative jury instructions
1:23.7	bit by bit as they're made ready which apparently led to Apple and Samsung jockeying for
1:28.6	position as they filed their respective wish list for jury instructions.
1:32.8	Judge Koh was supposed to file a set of tentative final jury instructions yesterday
1:36.8	meant to reflect the court's rulings on all objections made by the parties regarding
1:41.0	the original disputed instructions.
1:43.7	No word over the weekend on whether that actually happened, though she has a bit of a taskmaster,
1:48.3	so I'd be surprised if it didn't.
