Bar nothing short of a miracle at this point, the Apple B Samsung B Apple case will go to a jury.

Apple Insider says the two companies issued a joint filing on Saturday saying the parties have met and conferred about case narrowing

But have not been able to narrow their cases further

According to the piece, this means the case will go to jury deliberation barring any further development between the two tech heavyweights. Upon hearing the news, Judge Lucy Koh submitted her own Saturday filing saying the court will start entering tentative jury instructions
