Apple still tops and smartphones in the states according to a new report.

Electronista says mobile market tracker Comscore released numbers Friday from its

According to that, Apple ranked as the top smartphone maker in the states for the three month

The firm says iPhones owned a 39.2% market share. That leaves a decent distance
