After several delays, the U.S. International Trade Commission Since time they've sided with Sammy. Reports from all things D and CNN money say the full panel for the USITC has overturned a preliminary

ruling by a commission judge and decided instead that the AT&T versions of the iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4

as well as the AT&T plus cellular versions of the first and second generation iPad

should be banned from import or sale in the States.

Get them while they're hot? No need just yet. First, while the ITC's ruling is said to be a final ruling, it's only a final

ruling from the ITC, Apple can and will appeal the decision with the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

Second, CNN Money has Apple spokesperson Christine Huguette saying that since Apple plans

to appeal the ruling, yesterday's decision has no impact on the availability of Apple products in the United States.

And there is reason to think that the ITC's decision might be overturned on appeal,

partly because of the earlier ITC ruling, and partly because the patent

Apple is said to have violated is a standard's essential patent.
