Wondering what hoopy new features are headed to iOS 9?

You could wait to find out during the W. W. D.C. keynote in a week and a half, but that would involve waiting.

If that's not your thing, then let us turn our attention to 9-5 Mac,

for they have a list of features said to be headed to Apple's mobile

operating system. Top of the pops forced touch for the iPhone line. Assuming

rumor can be considered confirmation of speculation, this would seem to confirm the assertion of KGI securities analyst Ming Chi Quo, who said mid-month this month at Force Touch would be headed iPhone's way.

It's worth noting you probably won't hear about Force Touch in iOS 9 at the

WDC keynote since that would be letting a pretty big iPhone cat out of a tightly sealed secrecy back.

A new keyboard for iOS 9 is believed by the site to be in the works.

Quoting the report, Apple is said to have prototyped multiple new keyboard designs, including one that is slightly longer than the current keyboard and includes additional editing controls while in portrait mode.
