Third generation iPads appear to be getting easier to get, at least here in the States.

CNET says U.S. wait times for the new iPads ordered through Apple's site have fallen to three to five days.

That's down from five to seven days just ten days ago.

The shorter times are for all makes, models, and capacities of the device.

CNET says wait times are still in the 5 to 7 day range in Korea and Japan,

while the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and other European countries still show wait times of one to two weeks.

So that file of complaints between Apple and Samsung, the judge overseeing their legal battle

in the States would like to see that be a bit smaller.

Apple and Cider says Judge Lucy Koh has ordered the two companies

to reduce the number of claims they are making against each other.

And if you can do that by let's say Monday that'd be great.

She told them Wednesday afternoon that they had until Monday to slim down their cases,

otherwise the trial which is supposed to start on July 30th,
