Appleson had a press release yesterday telling the world that 12 more countries are scheduled to join the new iPad party

this Friday, the 20th of April.

along with Brunei, Croatia, Cyprus,

Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Malaysia, Panama, St Martin, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

Then international delivery guys get a few days breathing time before dropping more iPad on Colombia, Estonia, India, Israel, Latvia,

Lithuania, Montenegro, South Africa, and Thailand, they'll get theirs on Friday, the 27th of April.

Apple was scheduled for a date in court down under yesterday.

The website for the Sydney Morning Herald says the Cupertino Company was headed that way

after being unable to reach an agreement for wording around promoting its new iPad in Australia.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, or A triple C, took Apple to task shortly after the new iPad's release

for calling the 4G enabled iPad a 4G enabled iPad down under.
