Hey I chart radio people get this. You know how Apple's alleged car project is said to be called Project Titan?

Well it's a big project with more than one building.

Guess what they're naming those buildings after?

Characters from Greek mythology.

Business Insider highlights a report from Silicon Valley Business Journal saying

Apple has quietly bought and leased a bunch of buildings and named them after Greek deities based on documents filed with city governments.

Now if you listen to this past week's iChart radio you know why this story grabs me.

Lined up in applesles Pantheon is Raya, a building that could be a reference to Project Titan. Raya was one of the Titans in Greek mythology, according to the piece, which goes on to say building plans include obvious

automotive references like a lube bay and wheel balancer. Interestingly lube bay

is also my Frankie goes to Hollywood cover band.

Other buildings in the report include Medusa, Magnolia, Zeus, who actually banished

the Titans, Athena and Corvenus and if you're a Simpsons fan you know why no

one making a car would call any of the buildings Persephone or Homer. playing with Apple's airplay a bullish note on Apple and Apple claims a bigger piece of a smaller pie
