Let me start with sort of an apology. If any of this sounds rocky, it

may well. A few of these stories went from rumor to fact right before I went to

record. So come along for the transitions, won't you?

News today of iPhone moves some Apple will make and some Apple might make, mostly will at this point.

On the will side, Electronista hit with word late last week that the iPhone is

headed to two countries new to it, Serbia and Lebanon.

The Serbian carrier's mobile telephony or MTS and VIP mobile each plan to carry the

phone there, though VIP is still awaiting government certification

for the phone.

In Lebanon, the phone will be carried by Alpha Telecom, though when it'll arrive there

has not been announced.

Meanwhile Apple's communicator is getting a new carrier in a country it already calls home.

The same electronist apiece says Quebec's videotron is taking pre-orders for the iPhone 5S and who knows

maybe the iPhone 5C. It's open for 5C pre-orders anyway.

China's answer to, Flurry is out with new iPhone numbers for that country.
