individuals stay indoors and most importantly, The mandate applies to six counties, the directive is meant to make sure that individuals

The mandate applies to six counties, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Marin, Contra Costa, San Mateo, and Alameda.

For these 6 million plus people in those six counties, the report says airports, taxis, and including Bay Area Rapid Transit will remain operational

but only for essential travel and people are expected to keep six feet apart when possible people in the six feet apart when possible.
