Apple focused friends. Being in public as as we were, talked quickly to coronavirus. The thing we

wondered, when is Apple going to cancel W. W. D.C. Two of us had no real thoughts on the matter, while the third said he thinks it'll still

happen as an online event.

He also pointed out that it kind of already does, since you can get all of the information presented for

free. Of course you miss the one-on-one time with developers working in and for Apple.

I've seen a few stories asking when Apple would announce something and saying the responsible

thing to do would be to cancel. Now Santa Clara County may have made the

decision an easier one for Apple to make. Apple Insider says the county issued

guidance Thursday tied the coronavirus. In a press release

county officials recommend postponing or cancelling mass gatherings and

large community events where large numbers of people are within arm's length of one another.

Cities in Santa Clara County include Mountain View, Palo Alto, San Jose, and

Cupertino, that means the county guidelines would cover Apple, which usually
