From accounts I've read, most things seem to have gone as expected.

Apple and Cider says there were six items up for a vote,

three standard operating procedures from Apple and three shareholder initiatives.

Initiatives from Apple included certifying Ernst & Young as Apple's independent accounting firm,

approving executive compensation, and naming or keeping James

Bell, Tim Cook, Al Gore, Andrea Young, Art Levenson, Ron Sugar, and Sue Wagner to Apple's Board of Directors.

Each of those passed.

Apple Insider lists initiatives from shareholders as trying to get a second shareholder approved

nominee on the board an attempt to tie sustainability metrics to executive

compensation and generating a report on Apple's policies relating to freedom of expression and access to information

including in countries like China.

Apple was against all three shareholder initiatives and all three failed to pass.

Other news came out of the event, though it's tough to tell what was part of the question and answer session and what was just stated.
