0:41.3	It turns out that Apple's negotiations with Time Warner Cable, a rumor reported by Bloomberg

0:49.8	That is, if a rumored report Thursday by the Wall Street Journal is to be believed.
0:54.0	According to the journal, Apple was or is trying to work a deal with Time Warner Cable
0:59.0	because it was unable to license TV programming for an internet-based TV service on its own.
