FoxCon's iPhone production seems to be coming back online,

though the first factory back to work

is apparently

short-handed.

CNBC cited a Reuters report Monday that said the FoxCon factory in

Jiang Jiu was up and running, though with only 16,000 staffers.

To layman ears, that sounds like plenty,

though the piece says it's only about 10% of the normal compliment.

The piece has a second plant, this one in Shenzhen, has gotten the green light for partial production starting today.

Good news for iPhone. Now what about everything else made in China? While

NBC doesn't break out plans for the whole country, there is a timeline for

Jiang Jiu. On Monday the report says the city of Jiang JU provided a timeline of when factories can reopen.

On the 10th of February, firms with mainly local staff can resume operations.
